Variety Plus holds auditions for an

Original Musical Adaptation of "The Emperor's New Clothes"!

- Located on the 4th Floor of the Center House at Seattle Center -

Elevator is located on the Main level of the Center House, just past the Stage area in the Food Court

Take elevator to the 4th Floor, go LEFT to the end of the Hall, and another LEFT to Room H

This is a two and a half hour group audition for children and adults.  There is no preparation necessary, as you will be learning a song, choreography and doing line readings from the script. There is also a movement improvisation section as well. The audition will end at 6:30pm.  There are no callbacks, but you may be asked to stay until 7pm to sing.  Please wear comfortable clothing to move in.  We encourage families to audition together, as we cast multi-ethnic and multi-generational performers.  This is a non paying production.

Saturdays,  Sept. 25- Oct. 30  2:00-4:00pm 

Sundays, Sept. 19- Oct. 24    1:00-7:00pm  

Sunday, Oct. 31  1:00-4:00pm

Sunday,  Nov. 7  Dress/ Tech 12:00-5:00pm at MOHAI (Museum of History and Industry)

Sunday,  Nov. 14  Performances at 1pm and 4pm  (Calltime at 11:00am)  MOHAI (Museum of History and Industry)

 FROM I-5

* Take the Mercer Street/Seattle Center exit (exit 167).
* At the first traffic light, turn right onto Fairview.
* At the next light, turn left onto Broad Street.
* Turn right onto 5th Ave.
* Turn left on to Roy Street (one way street).
Metered Street Parking is available on Saturdays
Free Street Parking on Sundays (Cheapest Parking Garage is on 1st and Thomas-$8 All day)
