VARIETY PLUS

   

Variety Plus was founded in 1995 by husband and wife creative team, Bob Gribas and Angela Rinaldi-Gribas.  Combining Angela's dance and musical talents with Bob’s creative design skills, they have written, directed and produced several children’s musical adaptations including  Robyn Hood, Hansel And Gretel, Cinderella, Beauty And The Beast, Wizard Of Oz, Aladdin’s Lamp, Snow White, Jack And The Beanstalk, Pinocchio, Sleeping Beauty and Alice In Wonderland.  Angela and Bob have over twenty years experience in the theatrical arts and have toured extensively throughout the United States and Canada with the Missoula Children's Theatre, Prairie Fire Children’s Theatre, Small Change Theatre and One Reel, among many others.  Seattle audiences have enjoyed their  performances at Bumbershoot Arts Festival, Seafirst Jammin Arts Fest, Whirligig Festival, Seattle Fringe Festival and the Puyallup Fair. They have also conducted theatrical workshops and residencies at Seattle Children's Theatre, Youth Theatre Northwest, Seattle Center Academy, Northwest Actors Theatre, Debut Family Theater, Lynnwood Parks and Rec, Spectrum Dance Theater, University Prep, Bellevue High School, Garfield High School, Brookside Elementary, Adams Elementary and Madrona Elementary.  Pinocchio and Jack and the Beanstalk have recently become regional touring shows in the Midwest for Prairie Fire Children's Theatre.
